Gastroduodenal Artery Pseudoaneurysm
Middle aged man with chronic pancreatitis. CT exam of the abdomen demonstrated a pseudoaneurysm of the gastroduodenal artery. Angiogram and possible embolization was requested. The injection into the gastroduodenal artery (left image) demonstrates the pseudoaneurysm (arrows). Three coils were placed with complete embolization (right image).
